
Limerick County Council has granted planning permission for the redevelopment of the Punches Cross commercial site for a mixed use development comprising retail, restaurant, offices and parking.

The retail space will include an anchor store of 4,010sq.m, five ancillary retail units, restaurant and independent upper floor offices of 4,721sq.m with a provision for 460 car parking spaces
Development is expected to commence January 2008 for 18 month completion.
