The Robert Butler group has acquired an interest in a 50 acre site in Rathoate, Co. Dublin. Subject to zoning and planning it is hoped the development will comprise luxury housing, retails and neighbourhood centre, creche and a luxury hotel.
Site acquired Dunmore Road, Waterford.
